Melt Down Art

Years ago, while attending a Craft fair, I saw fused glass jewelry for sale and innocently asked how one could learn how to make it. This lead to classes at one of the few local fused glass studios offering classes at the time. After the second 3 day class, I was hooked on glass. I was the only person in the class that didn’t come from a stained glass background, so I didn’t even know how to cut glass. But that didn’t stop me. This lead to my first glass kiln and a 10 year passion for all things glass. I still takes classes but not she gives them as well. I have become an award winning artist in art shows and have sold my work across the country in small galleries and gift stores and winery tasting rooms.
